What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone, and the details you share about the journey you're imagining. With your permission where required, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel also collect information about visits and page usage (see Cookies below).

How we use it

Only to plan and run your trip: to confirm reservations, share itineraries, and stay in touch before and after you travel. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for three years and confirmed-booking records for seven, in line with Indian tax and travel-industry requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Cookies

We use three services, grouped into two choices. Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed and completed enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity records anonymised heatmaps and sessions so we can improve the website (enquiry fields are masked and recording stops on sign-in, account and admin pages). Advertising: the Meta Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, including page views, package views, contact taps and completed enquiries, and helps show our ads to travellers likely to be interested. These services may set cookies. We never send your name, email, phone number or message to Google, Microsoft or Meta, and Google advertising signals are switched off.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, or whose region we cannot detect, see a cookie banner and nothing runs until they choose. Everywhere else these services are on by default. Wherever you are, you can accept, reject or change each choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; switching a choice off takes effect immediately. We keep a record of your choice in your browser, and a copy of the choice in force is stored with any enquiry you send. You can also opt out of Meta ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
