The Place
Picking the right Maldives resort is the entire trip. We match you to the atoll: Baa for manta season, North Male for short transfers, Noonu for genuine privacy. And we never put a family on a couples-only island, or vice versa.

Speedboat or seaplane to your resort. Sunset arrival drink in the villa.

Reef snorkel
House-reef morning, lazy lagoon afternoon, beachfront dinner.
Day 3
Manta or whale shark day
Boat charter to the right atoll. Lunch on the water.
Day 4
Sand-bank picnic
Half-day castaway. Back to the resort for spa and dinner.
Day 5

Fishing village, Maldivian curry, an hour with a real Maldives outside the resort bubble.
Day 6
Dive or rest
Two-tank morning dive, or simply a beach day with nothing scheduled.

Onward
Transfer back to Male and home, or fly to Colombo for a Sri Lanka extension.

Field notes
Small things that change the trip.
Practical Maldives knowledge from people who keep going back.
- 01
Atoll choice matters more than resort brand. We start there.
- 02
Seaplanes don't fly after dark, late arrivals stay at Male and transfer the next morning.
- 03
Alcohol is only available on resort islands and on the sea-plane lounges.
- 04
Local-island day trips need conservative dress (shoulders and knees covered).
- 05
We never recommend more than two resorts in one trip, the transfers eat the days.
